When it comes to dunk collabs, Nike has been doing this for a very long time! The Nike Dunk Low Haze is a sneaker co-designed by legendary graffiti artist Eric Haze.
Some versions of this shoe have his tag on the tongue and come in a special box, while these are the equivalent of a wider quickstrike release. The shoes come in a low and a high cut, with the low being darker and the hightop featuring a lighter gradient.
Basically, these are the epitome of a simple collectible dunk. The only downside I’ve found to owning these is that the gradient can get spotty and wear a bit. Otherwise, I’m glad to own this graffiti-themed design with it’s interesting story and limited availability. If you like old school dunks, you definitely should pursue a pair of these!
It’s a black and white shoe with grey gradients on it. Thus, a blackout fit is perfect for these. I can also pair these with a white tee and some light wash denim, but if you have a black top and dark pants, opt for that for an easier pairing.
How Are The Materials?
The materials are very good. Although the construction is simple, these use that 2003 dunk leather which just screams quality. The old school dunk shape and plush leather combine to form a perfect dunk low for any collector in terms of materials. These are listed as a premium dunk on the box tag.
How Do They Fit?
These 2003 Nike Dunk Low Haze fit true to size and are very comfortable. The cushioning and padding is very simple and straightforward given what type of model this is and what era these are from. The supple leather allows me to go a half size down with plenty of give for a snug but not uncomfortable fit. And the shape is perfect!
